IMPORTANT NOTE ON REHEARSALS AND CONFLICTS:
The rehearsal schedule is fluid. There will be a number of TBA’s on the initial schedule. That is because it is impossible to forecast the abilities of any particular group or individual (how fast they learn or how much they retain from rehearsal to rehearsal) until the process begins.
There are only 8 weekends for rehearsals. Your child will be called at least one day of each weekend from September 25-November 21. More likely they will be called both days and definitely will be called both days as the production progresses. We will be off on Saturday, November 27th. We will be rehearsing on Sunday, November 28th.
It compromises the production and more importantly the experience of the other participants when cast members miss multiple rehearsals. Keep in mind also, that illnesses, while unavoidable, do contribute to this problem. Please think long and hard about the commitment that you are making and the spot that you are taking from another potential participant in this show. Please do not take up a spot if you are heavily involved in other activities.
