This is the show's schematic.

It lays out, scene by scene, exactly who is in every scene in the play, by category (blocking, singing, dancing). The rest of the rehearsal schedule will be published by scene by category. EG, it will be listed like this:

10:00-10:30 Act I Scene 3 Blocking
10:30-11:15 Act I Scene 5 Singing

You will look at the schematic and be able to see whether or not your cast member is called.

When you receive the scheule, this is what you'll need to do to see if your cast member is called:

1. Find your character name/group on cast list (may be in more than one place)
2. Look at the Schematic - what scenes are called for? In what category (block scene,dance,singing etc)?
3. Look at the Schedule and find if your cast member's scene (and category) is being called.
