Piper Players seeks to strengthen self-esteem and community through participation
in theater arts programs.
Vision
Statement
Pied
Piper Players sets high goals in theater arts, inspiring its participants to
achieve excellence. Using theater to give children, young adults and other cast
members meaningful exposure to collaborative teamwork, Pied Piper Players seeks
to:
- enrich
the lives of all actors, artistic staff, stage crew, volunteers, audience
members, and residents of the local community;
- foster
a positive learning environment, where teaching and study are highly valued;
- present
challenging theater productions, striving to meet rigorous standards;
- have
fun, where participants are infused with the joy of working together on a
theater production or in a drama, music, or dance class;
- support
diversity, where participants of varied economic, social, and cultural backgrounds
work together, learning to respect and appreciate each other's differences;
- be
a good neighbor, a valued member of the greater community;
- procure
self-sufficient funding, where production revenues, coupled with other financial
support, cover all costs;

retain and cultivate long-term relationships with its actors, teachers, staff,
crew, volunteers, and supporters, all valued members of Pied Piper Players;

character, infusing its participants with self-esteem, as well as tolerance
and humility.
